Students do not learn much just sitting in classes listening to teachers, memorizing prepackaged assignments, and spitting out answers. They must talk about what they are learning, write reflectively about it, relate it to past experiences, and apply it to their daily lives. They must make what they learn part of themselves. Weekly coding contests to review improvements

We believe that students should be able to analise their improvement every week. Coding contests mainly based on key problem techniques are a good way for them to judge themselves among the herd of topmost minds in country.

They also play a huge role for us to analyse the performance of each student and tailor upcoming sessions according to their need.

Regular Mock Interviews to keep a check on students performance

One of the major problems with first time interviewees is to deal with the pressure and nervousness in F2F interviews. And interviews are all about communicating your ideas properly to the interviewer in a structured manner.

So, to overcome pull phobia out of them we try to give them as many mock interviews as possible before actual F2F interviews.
